Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Gather, organize, and analyze data using spreadsheets, databases, and other tools.
• Research, design, test, and implement business and technology solutions.
• Support development of project documentation, reports, and client deliverables.
• Assist with gathering business requirements, troubleshooting, and testing solutions.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborative problem-solving with mentorship.
• Research solutions and develop technical skills with team guidance.
