Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Consulting Business Solutions professional to collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and enhance business and technology solutions. You will assist with requirements gathering, data analysis, and documentation to drive compliance and client value.

The role supports project execution by analyzing processes, researching technical matters, and validating data, working with Managers, Project Managers, SMEs, and stakeholders to meet timelines and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Technology, or related field.
• Strong technical and/or data analysis experience.
• Business Analyst experience a plus.
• Strong customer service background/experience.
• Two-year associates degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define solutions.
• Analyze business processes and data to support insights and recommendations.
• Assist with project planning, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
• Support testing and documentation for solution deployments.
• Travel to client locations as necessary to obtain documentation and support implementation.
