Fragomen is seeking an experienced Immigration Team Leader to oversee the performance and quality of its immigration consulting group in a hybrid Alabama office. You will guide a team, manage workloads, and deliver compliant guidance to clients, drawing on strong communication and process knowledge.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree or Paralegal certification preferred.
• At least 8 years of business immigration experience (i.e., paralegal).
• Supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of procedural requirements for nonimmigrant and immigrant visas and client processes.
• Client service mindset, attention to detail and high productivity.
• Ability to handle high volume case load with productivity in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
• Meets deadlines and communicates progress/status/issues to supervisor.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
