Job summary

GES seeks a Hybrid Multi-Cloud Engineer SME to design, implement, and sustain secure Azure cloud solutions for DoD mission requirements. You will lead hybrid architectures, identity governance, and Zero Trust initiatives in classified environments.

Ideal candidates bring TS clearance, Azure Architect certification, and 5+ years of enterprise cloud design across on‑prem and cloud services, with strong collaboration and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification.
• 5+ years designing and implementing Azure enterprise cloud solutions.
• Hybrid Azure environments integrating on‑prem infrastructure with Azure.
• Extensive Entra ID, Entra Connect, AD experience and E-ICAM.
• IaC using Terraform, Azure Bicep, ARM Templates, or similar.
• Azure CLI, PowerShell, and Python scripting.
• Strong Zero Trust security and DoD cybersecurity knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement secure Azure cloud solutions for DoD mission requirements.
• Design green-field Azure environments and hybrid cloud architectures.
• Implement Entra ID governance and identity governance features.
• Engineer IAM, PAM, and JIT access for Zero Trust objectives.
• Define Azure Landing Zones and CAF/Well‑Architected governance.
• Develop IaC using Terraform, Azure Bicep, and ARM templates.
• Configure Azure networking, ExpressRoute, and security controls.
• Support ATO activities and RMF/STIG compliance.
• Produce architecture diagrams and implementation guides.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and networking teams.
