Job summary

Copeland in Wisconsin seeks a Senior Solutions Refrigeration Engineer to support engineering and sales with technical solutions. You will analyze customer needs and propose compressor/ system solutions, interfacing with consultants, contractors and suppliers to deliver optimized outcomes.

You will lead design reviews, develop new technologies, and provide engineering expertise to drive product enhancements and new approaches in HVACR applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related subject matters; 10 years of experience in related subject matters.
• Laboratory and experience in compressor and system design and testing.
• Strong technical and analytical skills; strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Customer Support with Potential Solutions.
• Support Sales with estimated compressor performance and system solutions.
• Interface with External Consultants, Contractors and Suppliers as required.
• Analyze, Develop and implement Solutions.
• Engage with and support Design Reviews.
• Support the Field support team with Analysis/Input for Workarounds and Solutions.
• Research and Recommend new Technologies.
• Recommend Product Enhancements and new approaches.
• Engage with the Development of New Products.
• Provide expertise to the Engineering Team.
