Job summary

Copeland in Wisconsin seeks a Senior Solutions Refrigeration Engineer to support engineering and sales with technical solutions. You will analyze customer needs and propose compressor/ system solutions, interfacing with consultants, contractors and suppliers to deliver optimized outcomes.

You will lead design reviews, develop new technologies, and provide engineering expertise to drive product enhancements and new approaches in HVACR applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related subject matters; 10 years of experience in related subject matters.
• Laboratory and experience in compressor and system design and testing.
• Strong technical and analytical skills; strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Support Sales with estimated compressor performance and system solutions.

This position is responsible for supporting the engineering and sales team with technical solutions utilizing their knowledge and experience in a specific field. The individual will be a technical resource for the support of the organization and answer specific questions, develop and provide engineering solutions and analyze/resolve customer issues utilizing internal and external resources. Additionally, the individual will support design reviews and product development.
