You will mentor engineers, influence cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement while delivering safe, reliable, and commercially successful solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline is required.
• 8+ years of progressive engineering experience leading complex engineered-to-order industrial equipment/projects.
• Experience with industrial refrigeration, gas compression, pressure piping systems, thermodynamic processes.
• Strong knowledge of codes like ASME, CRN, NFPA, AWS, and related regulations.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage technical risk, schedules, and deliverables.
• Experience with P&IDs, system design, and manufacturing processes.
• Willingness to travel 10–15% and work in the United States (no sponsorship).

Aufgaben

• Serve as the lead technical authority for complex industrial refrigeration and gas compression projects, evaluating technical risk and developing execution strategies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities across mechanical, electrical, controls, manufacturing, sourcing, quality, and field service.
• Report project status, resource requirements, technical risks, and mitigation plans to leadership.
• Review and approve compression system designs for codes, specs, and standards.
• Lead technical customer discussions, design reviews, and issue resolution with key accounts.
• Develop engineering standards, tools, and best practices to improve quality and productivity.
• Lead root cause investigations and resolve technical issues across design, manufacturing, testing, and commissioning.
• Mentor Project Engineers and junior engineers through coaching and guidance.
