Job summary

Copeland is seeking a Senior Solutions Development Engineer to support the engineering and sales teams with technical solutions in compressor and system design. You will provide customer support, analyze issues, and help develop and implement solutions.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree with 10 years of related experience, strong technical and analytical skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10 years of related experience.
• Laboratory and experience in compressor and system design and testing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Customer Support with Potential Solutions.
• Support Sales with estimated compressor performance and system solutions.
• Interface with External Consultants, Contractors and Suppliers as required.
• Analyze, Develop and implement Solutions.
• Engage with and support Design Reviews.
• Support the Field support team with Analysis/Input for Workarounds and Solutions.
• Research and Recommend new Technologies.
• Recommend Product Enhancements and new approaches.
• Engage with the Development of New Products.
• Provide expertise to the Engineering Team.
