Qualifications

EPA Type II or Universal Certification
Familiarity with schematics and technical drawings
Experience in equipment repair and property maintenance is desirable
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills and travel ability

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver training programs focused on HVAC/R systems, equipment repair, and property maintenance.
Create instructional materials with schematics and technical documentation to enhance learning.
