Job summary

eZone staffing LLC is seeking a seasoned HVAC/R Lead Technician to install, service, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems across residential and commercial sites. You will diagnose complex issues, oversee preventive maintenance, and mentor junior technicians while maintaining clear customer communication.

The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, experience leading teams, and a commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship in line with industry

Qualifications

• Strong experience with HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Experience with residential and commercial equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Previous lead technician or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple jobs and priorities.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• EPA certification preferred; NATE certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex heating, cooling, and refrigeration issues.
• Perform and oversee preventive maintenance.
• Inspect systems and recommend repairs, replacements, or improvements.
• Assist and mentor other technicians.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Maintain accurate job notes and service records.
• Follow company procedures, safety requirements, and applicable codes.
• Stay current with HVAC/R equipment, technology, and industry standards.
