Job summary

ERMC Aviation is seeking an HVAC Technician to develop and execute departmental goals, lead service technicians, and design solutions for complex problems. The role includes managing outside contractors, responding to emergencies, and coordinating multiple projects to meet timelines.

The position requires 5+ years in facility maintenance with strong HVAC knowledge, ability to troubleshoot systems, read blueprints, and use MS Excel/Word.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in facility maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of energy management systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot HVAC and mechanical systems and components.
• Experience with pneumatic and DDC control systems.
• Experience maintaining and repairing a variety of HVAC equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Good computer skills (Excel/Word).
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute departmental goals and distribution plans.
• Lead other service technicians and design solutions for complex problems.
• Manage outside contractors and coordinate project activities.
• Be on call for emergencies and respond promptly as needed.
