You will train and mentor staff, oversee job-site safety and code compliance, and coordinate service schedules with operations. A valid driver’s license and 3+ years in HVAC are required, with a focus on clear customer communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HVAC experience with strong diagnostics and repair.
• Experience guiding or mentoring others in a leadership or training role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain technical details to customers.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, dependable and safety-minded.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
