Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical in Tennessee is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. You will replace HVAC units to code, solder and handle electrical work, and perform precise inspections for clients.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Replace HVAC units per code and proper installation.
• Solder and perform electrical work associated with HVAC projects.
• Conduct thorough HVAC inspections and communicate findings to clients.
• Conduct necessary HVAC calculations and invoicing calculations.
• Follow all state HVAC code.
• Mentor team members and apprentices weekly on team performance metrics.
• Prefer 3-5 years of verifiable HVAC installation experience.
