Job summary

Qualifications

• Technical or trade school certification or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in HVAC/refrigeration or related field.
• EPA/608 license or equivalent.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and refrigeration.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance and corrective repairs on HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Installs new units or replacement parts per specifications and codes.
• Lifts up to 100 lbs and works on rooftops, outdoor condensers, and in hot or cold environments.
• Reads blueprints and wiring schematics; executes tasks with attention to safety.
• Plans and directs work; may lead others and provide support across Facilities.
