Job summary

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in facilities maintenance, reads blueprints, and can lead junior staff. On-site work, teamwork, and a commitment to excellent guest service are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 3 years of experience in the field or related area.
• Knowledgeable in electrical distribution, HVAC, plumbing, Life/Safety Systems, boilers, chillers, emergency power systems, UPS systems, pumps, motors, VFDs, and Energy Management Systems.
• Working knowledge of computers.
• Prefer prior Casino/Hotel experience.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment.
• Excellent customer and employee relations and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs in plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical, or vehicle servicing.
• Follow safety procedures in assigned areas.
• Lead and direct work of others when required.
• Read blueprints and provide support across Facilities.
• Support other areas within the Facilities Department.
