Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance across the property, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks. You will keep logs, respond to work orders, and uphold safety and DEI standards in a hospitality environment.

The role requires a minimum of three years' experience in general building repair, HVAC and EPA licensing, with the ability to work flexible hours across days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and comply with hotel and departmental rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Strong working relationships with staff.
• Read, write, and communicate verbally in English.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment.
• Minimum three years’ experience in general building repair, preferably in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance of all mechanical equipment.
• Circuit breaker reset.
• Respond to Maximo work orders.
• Keep daily logs of maintenance activities.
• Adhere to safety, DEI and service standards in a hospitality setting.
