Qualifications

• EPA Universal Technician License and NH Gasfitters License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and perform HVAC system maintenance, repair, and replacement while adhering to codes and safety procedures.
• Perform preventative maintenance and participate in project work and equipment replacement planning.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to apprentices and new staff, evaluate contractors, and support Facilities Forward initiatives.
• Follow safety procedures, maintain necessary certifications, and pursue ongoing professional development.
