Job summary

TREK Development Group, a Pittsburgh-based real estate development firm, seeks an experienced HVAC/mechanical Technician to lead preventive maintenance across its portfolio. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, coordinate third-party vendors, and ensure accurate records are kept for each property.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on HVAC experience, EPA 608 certification, and the ability to travel between properties.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on HVAC/mechanical maintenance and repair experience.
• EPA Section 608 certification is required; NATE preferred.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor service calls and multi-property work.

Responsibilities

• Own the HVAC and mechanical preventive maintenance program across the assigned portfolio.
• Perform preventive maintenance per manufacturer specs and document results.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment including furnaces, AC, boilers, VRF systems.
• Coordinate third-party vendor service calls when needed and oversee work.
• Maintain PM and repair records in RealPage for each property.
