CJM Property Maintenance is seeking an experienced HVAC professional to lead, mentor, and grow a team of technicians in the field. You’ll stay hands-on while teaching diagnose, repair, and best practices, building the next generation of skilled HVAC technicians and elevating safety and service standards across our commercial projects.

• Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics in HVAC environments.
• Strong commercial HVAC experience across challenging systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced HVAC troubleshooting, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs in commercial environments.
• Serve as a technical resource and leader for our HVAC technicians.
• Train and mentor newer and developing technicians in the field.
• Teach proper diagnostic, troubleshooting, installation, and repair techniques.
• Conduct hands-on training and provide real-time coaching and feedback.
• Help establish and maintain HVAC training standards and best practices.
