Qualifications

• 5+ years of related work experience.
• EPA CFC Universal Certificate required.
• Knowledge of various HVAC systems including VAV, VRF, chiller systems.
• Experience with BMS/BAS in a commercial setting preferred.
• N/A miscellaneous requirements.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair HVAC systems.
• Monitor systems and perform preventive maintenance per schedule.
• Respond to hot/cold calls and troubleshoot issues.
• Inspect valves, motors, controls, wiring, sensors and components.
• May train new technicians in BMS/BAS and related systems.
