Job summary

Aire Serve South Austin is seeking a Senior HVAC Technician to join our team in Austin, TX. You will install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor junior technicians while delivering top-quality service.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years of hands-on HVAC experience, EPA 608 certification, a valid Texas driver’s license, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair experience.
• EPA 608 Certification is required.
• Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems and controls.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical HVAC issues.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple service calls.
• NATE certification or equivalent is a plus.
