Job summary

Aire Serv of Smith County is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician in Cordova, TN who takes pride in their work and enjoys helping customers. You will diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems and provide clear service documentation.

We offer pay of $25-$30 per hour, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid vacation, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot heating and cooling equipment.
• Recommend solutions that meet customer needs.
• Maintain inventory and materials on company vehicle.
• Complete service documentation and invoices accurately.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good condition.
