TWC Services, based in Austin, TX, is seeking a highly experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex large-scale systems, handling calls independently from start to finish.

• 10+ years of demonstrated commercial HVAC service experience.
• Strong background servicing equipment in large commercial environments.
• Advanced HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting ability.
• Experience with large packaged and rooftop HVAC equipment.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to independently diagnose complex system issues.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair large commercial HVAC systems.
• Handle complex service calls independently from diagnosis through repair.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control-related system issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance and identify potential equipment failures.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations professionally with customers.
• Support other technicians with complex diagnostics when needed.
