Job summary

Responsibilities include leading small-scale installs, coordinating with contractors, mentoring junior technicians, and using a CMMS to document maintenance activities while responding to after-hours emergencies in a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge and maintenance of mechanical systems.
• Experience with building automation systems.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Independently operate, troubleshoot, calibrate, install and repair HVAC & process equipment.
• Lead small-scale installations and commissioning; manage contractors for routine maintenance.
• Support project planning and coordination with engineers and the landlord.
