Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years of HVAC experience in commercial, industrial, or healthcare settings.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification required, 90 grace period.
• Valid Driver’s License in good standing required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain chilled water and AHUs with preventative maintenance.
• Perform coil cleanings, filter changes, and sensor calibrations.
• Lead apprentices in troubleshooting and repair of HVAC systems.
• Create cost and downtime estimates for major repairs.
• Document work and labor time in the CMMS.
• Communicate equipment conditions to Facility Management.
