Trane Technologies is a field-based HVAC technician role, serving as the primary service and maintenance contact for a defined market and customer locations. You will commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems, coordinating with project leads to meet on-site requirements.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 10+ years in HVAC, with EPA certification preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, handheld devices, and a valid driver’s license are essential;

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Typically requires at least 10+ years of HVAC experience.
• EPA Certification preferred (e.g. HVAC Journeyman, Boiler Operator, Gas Installer).
• Valid driver’s license for 12+ months with clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• End-to-end testing, downloading programming, starting up, commissioning, and servicing on assigned projects.
• Serve as the direct customer contact and service products on site to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with team leader and customer to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs.
• Use software, blueprints or engineering specs to diagnose and repair units.
• Enforce safety standards and manage company assets on site.
• Mentor team members.
• Be flexible for overtime and occasional overnight stays as required.
