Job summary

Elmar Heating & Cooling is seeking a Senior HVAC Service Technician to join the residential service team in the Greater Baltimore area. You will diagnose, maintain, and repair residential HVAC equipment while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC service and repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Extensive experience servicing conventional HVAC systems, heat pumps, and gas furnaces.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing ductless mini-split systems.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
• Troubleshoot heat pumps, gas furnaces, air handlers and ductless mini-split systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance, system inspections, and performance evaluations.
• Educate homeowners on maintenance plans, repair options, and system improvements.
• Identify opportunities for new HVAC installations and document findings clearly.
