Zusammenfassung

Elmar Heating & Cooling is seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Service Technician to join our residential service team in the Greater Baltimore area. You will diagnose, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

We reward expertise with competitive base pay PLUS commissions on service plans, service work, and new HVAC installations, plus benefits and ongoing manufacturer training.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of residential HVAC service and repair experience.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair residential HVAC equipment.
• Troubleshoot conventional HVAC systems, heat pumps, gas furnaces, and air handlers.
• Service ductless mini-split systems (single-zone and multi-zone).
• Perform preventative maintenance, system inspections, and performance evaluations.
• Diagnose electrical, refrigerant, airflow, and mechanical problems.
• Identify equipment deficiencies and recommend repair or replacement solutions.
• Educate homeowners on maintenance plans, repair options, and system improvements.
• Identify opportunities for new HVAC installations.
• Complete accurate service documentation and communicate findings clearly.
• Follow manufacturer specifications, safety procedures, and applicable codes.
• Provide technical guidance to less-experienced technicians.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and represent Elmar Heating & Cooling with integrity.
