Job summary
Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain is seeking a Master HVAC Technician to lead installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC, refrigeration, and dehumidification systems across Colorado retail dispensaries and cultivation and production facilities.
You will mentor junior technicians, ensure code compliance, and partner with facilities leadership to plan preventive maintenance schedules and capital improvements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an HVAC technician in commercial/retail settings.
- Colorado state HVAC licensure at Master or Journeyman level and EPA 608 cert.
- Experience with commercial refrigeration and building automation controls.
Responsibilities
- Lead installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC, refrigeration, and dehumidification systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls issues to minimize downtime.
- Mentor junior technicians and ensure safety and compliance with codes.
- Coordinate with vendors, plan preventive maintenance, and support capital projects.
