Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of experience troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems (boiler, chillers, air handlers, control systems).
• Current Universal CFC Certification is required; attach certification to the application.
• State of Colorado residency is required; applicants must be Colorado residents during employment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair and install HVAC equipment across a large campus environment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC/R systems and related components.
• Monitor building automation controls and read wiring diagrams for troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with vendors for water treatment levels and system optimizations.
• Comply with safety programs, NFPA provisions, and state regulations.
