Job summary

Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain seeks an experienced Master HVAC Technician to lead installation, maintenance and repair of HVAC systems across Colorado retail dispensaries and cultivation facilities. You will mentor junior technicians and ensure safety, code compliance, and efficiency in every operation.

Expect to manage preventive maintenance, coordinate with vendors, and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed while optimizing building automation and energy use.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HVAC technician roles, including commercial/retail settings.
• Colorado state HVAC Master/Journeyman licensure + EPA 608 Universal certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair on HVAC, refrigeration, and dehumidification systems across Colorado facilities.
