Job summary

Voyager Technologies is seeking an experienced HVAC technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a range of commercial and industrial HVAC systems at our Colorado facilities. This role requires repairing rooftop units, chillers, boilers, air handlers, BAS controls, and DDC systems while adhering to safety standards and environmental regulations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on HVAC experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in commercial or industrial HVAC maintenance, repair and installation.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of HVAC equipment including rooftop units, split systems, chilled water systems and building automation controls.
• Working knowledge of applicable codes and standards including ASHRAE, OSHA and local mechanical codes.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including rooftop units, split systems, chillers, boilers, air handlers, VAV systems, exhaust fans and associated controls.
• Perform preventive maintenance on all HVAC equipment to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant-related faults using test equipment such as manifold gauges, multimeters, and combustion analyzers.
• Coordinate with facilities leadership, contractors and project managers to support maintenance schedules and capital projects.
