The candidate will work on chiller systems, boilers, controls, and BAS, ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable HVAC performance across sites.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 2-year HVAC training.
• Five years of commercial HVAC experience.
• Valid state driver''s license; basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in chiller operation, troubleshoot electrical/mechanical systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment.
• Complete all required documentation and work orders.
• Assist on-call duties and support other trades.
• Understand Building Automation Systems and respond to alarms.
