Qualifications

• Five years of experience in maintenance/repair or related field.
• Knowledge of safety precautions and blueprints/schematics.
• EPA Section 608 Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair HVAC equipment for chilled water distribution on campus.
• Troubleshoot DX units, AHUs, and related controls.
• Perform preventive maintenance on chillers, pumps, cooling towers, and related systems.
• Document repair activities and status; communicate with team.
• Work overtime as needed; essential personnel for continuous operation.
