• Minimum: High school diploma and one year of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Employees may be responsible for conducting research on, working on, or having the ability to access critical organizational infrastructure and must maintain security and integrity of the infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspection, maintenance and repairs to building mechanical systems (pumps, valves).
• Perform routine inspection, maintenance and repairs to HVAC systems and related equipment (air handling units, filters, cooling towers).
• Maintain comfort levels in a building environment through the computerized building automation system.
• Startup/shut down major building equipment (Chillers, Pumps, Cooling Towers).
• Perform minor plumbing and general building maintenance duties as required.
• Employee may perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the Department.
