Job summary

Qualifications

• At least four years of full-time HVAC or related experience.
• Mass. Refrigeration Technician license (HVAC) preferred.
• Ability to read engineering blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders and troubleshoot HVAC and building systems issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations of HVAC components.
• Direct and assist junior maintenance staff as needed.
• Coordinate with Facilities Maintenance and outside vendors for safe operation of systems.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time allocated.
