Responsibilities

• Performs operational and preventive maintenance of complex commercial HVAC equipment and systems.
• Performs critical repairs to complex systems to maintain system integrity and compliance.
• Serves as system technical expert in maintenance and modification of complex HVAC equipment and systems.
• Interprets and applies required codes; uses blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to guide work.
• Prepares estimates and coordinates equipment and system modifications with staff and management.
• Maintains comprehensive records of work performed and modifications to equipment or systems.
