Job summary

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED with four years of HVAC experience, EPA Universal Certification 608, and a valid Arizona driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must have EPA Universal Certification 608 for liquid refrigerant recovery.
• High School Diploma or GED and four years of HVAC experience.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Arizona driver’s license.
• Background check required by County and Sheriff’s Department.

Responsibilities

• Install, operate, monitor, inspect, maintain and repair HVAC systems across County facilities.
• Read and calibrate gauges, thermostats, and control systems; check for refrigerant leaks.
• Troubleshoot repairs, review work orders, and perform emergency service after hours as needed.
• Maintain safety standards and operate equipment safely; follow written and verbal instructions.
