Ideal candidates have 5+ years in HVAC, experience in customer-facing roles, and proficiency with MS Office. The role involves site work, scheduling with clients, and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HVAC field experience required.
• Experience in operations and customer facing roles.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or controls systems.
• Proficient with MS Office and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Set up and commission HVAC systems; start and program them.
• Coordinate with clients to schedule tasks.
• Supervise tasks and projects.
• Record inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Manage employee time records and daily activity reports.
• Assist safety inspections and job safety analyses.
• Test new equipment to design specs.
• Perform other assigned duties.
