Job summary

Atlantic Constructors Inc. is seeking an HVAC Start Up / Commissioning Technician to support field teams and oversee critical startup and maintenance tasks. You will survey repairs, create repair scenarios, and implement effective solutions with a background in controls or HVAC.

The role requires 5+ years in HVAC, experience in operations and customer-facing settings, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Travel may be required; strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HVAC trade or equivalent experience
• Operational and customer-facing experience
• Knowledge of plumbing/electrical/HVAC/controls systems
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Able to multitask with minimal supervision and good attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and startup of HVAC systems and programming
• Coordinate with clients to schedule and perform tasks
• Supervise tasks and projects
• Review safety and implement improvements
• Maintain maintenance and inspection records
• Manage time records and daily activity reports
• Participate in safety inspections and job analyses
• Test new equipment to design specs
• Perform other duties as assigned
