Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Sales Engineer in New Castle, DE, offering high autonomy and ownership over HVAC and energy projects. You will partner with clients, shape technical and commercial solutions, and build long-term relationships, with exposure to senior leadership.

Salary is $130,000–$150,000 plus Profit Sharing, 401(k), mileage reimbursement and full benefits, with commutable options from Wilmington and Philadelphia areas.

Qualifications

• Strong HVAC engineering background in commercial or industrial environments.
• Proven client-facing experience with the ability to sell technical solutions.
• Confident communicator able to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical and commercial partner to clients, identifying opportunities across HVAC, energy efficiency, and decarbonisation projects.
• Develop and support proposals, estimates, and technical solutions with sales and leadership teams.
• Engage directly with clients through meetings and site visits to understand needs and shape bespoke solutions.
• Receive ongoing development and mentoring from experienced industry leaders.
