Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with additional training and 4+ years’ experience in HVAC with technical training certification required.
• Must possess licensing or certification as required for the location.
• EPA and safety certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and service work on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
• Communicate with customers to answer questions, resolve problems, and ensure satisfaction.
• Inspect equipment, perform routine maintenance, and replace parts as needed.
• Operate hand-held devices to record data and complete paperwork accurately.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote products and services.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory in good condition.
