Job summary

Constellation Energy seeks a Senior HVAC Service Technician in Maryland to inspect, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC and water heating systems. You will ensure safety, compliance with codes, and high-quality service while training others in preventive maintenance and advanced appliance repair.

Responsibilities include handling on-call duties, documenting service work, and maintaining equipment. Requires EPA-608 Type 2, state licensing, and strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HVAC work experience with 1+ year in related work
• State licensing is required
• EPA-608 Certification, Type 2 or higher required
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Customer service skills demonstrated

Responsibilities

• Perform and train others in preventative maintenance on residential HVAC equipment
• Assist in sealed system HVAC and water heater work as part of training
• Provide exceptional customer service and clearly communicate work performed and recommendations
• Complete service tickets, time logs, and material usage documentation
• Be available for on-call and respond to emergencies
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
• Follow safety protocols and company policies
