Job summary

Constellation Energy in Clarksville, MD is seeking a Senior HVAC Service Technician to inspect, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC equipment and water heaters. You will ensure safe, efficient work and compliance with codes while delivering excellent service.

You will train others, perform preventive maintenance, and handle on-call duties. A valid EPA-608 Type 2 or higher license, state licensing, and strong customer-service skills are required; NATE is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4 years of HVAC work experience and 1 year of related work experience.
• All required State licensing.
• EPA-608 Type 2 or higher certification.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Proven customer service skills and strong knowledge of HVAC tools and materials.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform and train others in preventative maintenance on all residential heating, air conditioning and ventilation equipment.
• Assist in sealed system HVAC, water heaters, or advanced appliance repair as part of training and development.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate clearly with homeowners regarding work performed and recommendations.
• Complete all required documentation, including service tickets, time logs, and material usage.
• Ability to be on-call and respond to emergency situations.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working condition.
• Adherent to all safety protocols and company policies.
