Constellation Energy is seeking a Senior HVAC Service Technician to inspect, diagnose and repair residential HVAC equipment and water heaters. You will perform preventative maintenance, provide clear updates to homeowners and ensure safety and code compliance.

The role requires EPA-608 Type 2+ certification, valid state licensing, and the ability to work on-call, weekends, and holidays. A strong focus on customer service and clean communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 4-years of HVAC experience and 1-year related experience (minimum)
• Valid EPA-608 Certification, Type 2 or higher
• Demonstrated clear written and verbal communication skills
• Proven customer service skills and ability to explain work to homeowners
• Eligibility to meet company driving standards and possess a valid driver's license
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and overtime

Responsabilités

• Inspect, diagnose and repair residential HVAC equipment and water heaters.
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and water heaters.
• Provide excellent customer service and explain work performed and recommendations.
• Complete service tickets, time logs and material usage accurately.
• Maintain vehicles, tools and equipment in good condition and adhere to safety protocols.
