Constellation Energy is seeking a Senior HVAC Service Technician to inspect, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC equipment and water heaters. You will ensure safety, code compliance, and customer communication throughout service calls.

Requires 4+ years in HVAC with licensing and EPA-608 certification. The role includes on-call duties, driving responsibilities, and opportunities to grow within a leading clean-energy company. On-site role in Sparks Corner, MD.

Qualifications

• 4 years of work experience in HVAC with 1 year in related work.
• All required State licensing.
• EPA-608 Certification, Type 2 or higher.
• Clear, effective written and verbal communication.
• Proven customer service skills and professional demeanor.
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC tools and materials.
• Experience servicing appliances, heating and A/C equipment.
• Experience with gas and electric water heaters.
• Ability to meet driving standards with a valid license.
• Weekend, holiday and overtime availability.
• 5+ years of HVAC experience or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Perform and train others in preventative maintenance on residential HVAC equipment.
• Assist in sealed system HVAC, water heaters, or advanced appliance repair as part of training.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate work performed and recommendations.
• Complete service tickets, time logs, and material usage documentation.
• Be on-call and respond to emergencies.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
