Blue Flame Heating, Air, Electric is seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our busy team in Mountlake Terrace, WA. We offer earned money daily through strong marketing, with a take-home vehicle and gas card, plus a company phone and tablet to stay connected.

You will diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, follow proper diagnostic procedures, complete service documentation, and participate in weekly trainings to stay sharp.

Formación

• 5 years of residential HVAC Service Technician experience.
• EPA certification (or ability to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record.
• Must pass background, MVR and drug screening.
• Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lifting heavy equipment.
• Availability work some weekend days.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and address residential customer’s HVAC concerns and present options to customers
• Successfully perform all service repairs at a high proficiency level to customer’s satisfaction
• Understand and follow proper diagnostic procedures when servicing and repairing equipment
• Completes all required documentation on services, explains guarantees/warranties and collects, records and delivers fees to the office
• Attend weekly training meetings
