Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning in West Palm Beach area is seeking an experienced HVAC technician to diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial systems. You will communicate with customers, promote services, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered and the role requires extensive HVAC expertise with EPA certifications. Responsibilities include diagnostics, maintenance, parts delivery, and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with additional training and 10+ years' experience in HVAC with technical training certification required.
• EPA and safety certifications required by federal/state/local laws.
• Valid licensing or certification as required for the geographical work area.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant and duct systems.

Responsabilités

• Perform residential and/or light commercial HVAC service and maintenance calls.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems professionally and timely.
• Inspect and service heating, cooling, ventilation, and related equipment.
• Record all required information on the work order with a handheld device.
• Communicate with dispatch to provide status updates and availability.
• Promote products and services to customers and assist with sales leads.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of company vehicles, tools, and parts.
• Maintain safety standards and proper PPE usage at all times.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance and on-call availability.
