Job summary

Service Experts LLC in Melbourne, FL is seeking an HVAC Service Technician II to perform residential and light commercial service and maintenance. You will diagnose, repair, and service heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment while delivering courteous, timely, and accurate solutions.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of HVAC experience, EPA and safety certifications, and strong diagnostic and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC experience or equivalent technical training.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical/refrigerant systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial HVAC service and maintenance calls.
• Diagnose and repair heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
• Inspect equipment and perform diagnostics to prevent breakdowns.
• Complete routine maintenance and equipment cleaning as required.
• Document service activities and collect payments where applicable.
• Communicate with dispatch and maintain accurate status of activities.
