Job summary
Service Experts LLC is seeking a highly experienced Service Technician IV for residential and light commercial HVAC work in West Palm Beach and Miami. The role focuses on diagnosing, servicing, and repairing HVAC systems, while delivering excellent customer service and promoting services to clients.
Qualified candidates have 10+ years in HVAC with proper certifications, the ability to read wiring diagrams, and strong safety practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with HVAC technical training and 10+ years’ experience.
- Licensing or certification as required by local laws for the area.
- EPA and safety certifications required.
- Skilled at servicing heating, A/C, ventilation and related accessories.
- Proficient at reading wiring diagrams and troubleshooting electrical, refrigerant and duct systems.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and service work on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
- Communicate with customers to answer questions and resolve issues.
- Promote products and services to customers and coordinate with sales/dispatch.
- Inspect equipment, perform maintenance, and identify potential problems.
- Log all service details accurately and complete paperwork and payments.
